At The Brow Avenue we will try our best to accomodate your needs and find a suitable appointment time to have all your beauty hopes fulfilled. Please note our policies are applicable to all clients.

Cancellation & Deposit:
Did you know The Brow Avenue is a small local business that only has a limited number of appointments available? The time allocated for your appointment is reserved for you.
When you book an appointment with The Brow Avenue we guarantee you this time and ensure you are treated by a highly experienced professional to take care of your needs.
Our goal at The Brow Avenue is to provide a quality service in a timely manner. In order to do this we have implemented the following policies.
As a client when booking an tattoo appointment you will be required to pay a deposit fee, details of which are as follows:

DEPOSITS ARE TAKEN FOR ALL EYEBROW TATTOOING SERVICES
Your deposit is not an extra charge it is simply held on an account for you on your booking and taken off your final bill. Please be aware that the only way you would ever loose your deposit is if you cancel your scheduled tattoo appointment within 7 days, don’t show up for your appointment or are more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled tattoo appointment.

I NEED TO CANCEL, WHAT DO I DO?:
EYEBROW TATTOOING:
To ensure the return of your deposit for any tattooing service only please advise The Brow Avenue on 0499 211 801, at least 7 days prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or re-schedule otherwise you will forfeit your deposit. Call or text is accepted.
Any cancellations made prior to 7 days of your appointment time can be rescheduled and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment time or refunded.
This cancellation period will give your beauty therapist a fair opportunity to fill your vacated spot.

For your convenience The Brow Avenue does have a answering services outside salon hours so you can call anytime and leave a voicemail or text.

Last minute cancellations do have a significant impact on The Brow Avenue and their clients. We have found that the deposit policy for any tattooing service is the fairest way of managing commitment to appointments and it also has the added benefit of keeping our costs down for our wonderful clients.

ALL OTHER BEAUTY SERVICES:
Please advise The Brow Avenue on 0499 211 801, at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or re-schedule otherwise you will incur a 50% of the service price fee.
If you do not show up to your appointment, with no communication, we will charge you 100% of the service price. Call or text is accepted.
Any cancellations made prior to 7 days of your appointment time can be rescheduled with no charge.
This cancellation period will give your beauty therapist a fair opportunity to fill your vacated spot.

Reminder / Confirmation Service
We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent to you 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will also get a confirmation text when booking your appointment. The Brow Avenue reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments.

Appointment Times:
You must arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late, please let us know – if you are more than 10+ minutes late this is considered cancelled and a fee will occur. We will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment, or may not have time to complete the whole service, in which case you will need to make another booking.

Responsibility for Children & Personal Items:
At The Brow Avenue we understand fitting appointments into a busy schedule can be difficult especially when you have children. For this reason we do allow children to accompany you to your appointments besides any Cosmetic Tattooing appointment. For the safety and comfort of all clients, staff and children we do ask that children are well behaved and carefully monitored by the parent. Any breakages or damage of salon items or products will incur a cost to you the client. Small babies are also always welcome at The Brow Avenue, with easy access to bring your pram or capsule in with you.
